3.3. Fees and Payment Terms – Fees for our services are outlined in the service agreement and may be charged as a one-time fee or ongoing retainer. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.
3.4. Termination of Services – Either party may terminate the services by providing 30 days’ written notice. If the client terminates the services before the end of an agreed contractual term, the client may be liable to pay any outstanding fees due for work completed up until the termination date. SERPrise reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms or engages in conduct that could harm SERPrise’s reputation.
3.5. Performance and Results – While SERPrise will make every effort to deliver high-quality services, the client acknowledges that we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as particular rankings on search engines or a specified increase in website traffic or sales. Digital marketing results depend on a variety of factors beyond our control, including changes in search engine algorithms and market conditions.

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information disclosed during the provision of services private and not disclose it to any third parties unless required by law. Confidential information includes any proprietary information related to the client’s business, marketing strategy, or SERPrise’s methods and processes.

SERPrise is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
